Founder of Amanray , I am an agricultural economist and sommelier, with more than 15 years of work experience in different sectors.

I arrived in France in 2017, for several years working in banking, commerce and catering, I made the decision to found my own wine business in France.

I had already started to follow this path in Chile, where I took most of my knowledge of wine, then I went to the United Kingdom to pass the WSET ( Wine and Spirit Trust ).

I trained as a wine merchant in Paris and in biodynamic production

For years in the sector and after the Covid crisis, my goal has been to return a benefit to society.

For this reason, I got involved with different associations in France and with winegrowers who share my philosophy of life.
